Portrait of the maker in the workshop

Two generations, one standard of weight in the hand.

MOORE & SON (HOLYWELL) LIMITED was registered in Holywell in 2000. The workshop began in plumbing and fitting — trades where a thing either holds or it does not. That same test now goes into every handle, hinge and stay we put our name to.

We make decorative hardware the way it used to be made: solid brass, honest weight, finishes that age rather than peel. Nothing electronic, nothing to fail — just metal worked well.
