Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your hardware. This policy explains how to return items and obtain a refund. It does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return window
You may return unopened items in their original, unused condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must not have been installed or used.
What can be returned
- Unopened, unused items in original packaging — eligible for refund.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items — always eligible; see below.
For hygiene and safety we cannot accept returns of items that have been installed or modified, unless they are faulty.
How to start a return
- Email support@mooreholywell.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address.
- Pack the items securely and send them back within 14 days of authorisation.
Return shipping costs
If the return is because an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we pay the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost on the way back.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within a reasonable time with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping paid.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days. The time it then takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If it has not yet shipped we will cancel and refund in full. If it has shipped, the return process above applies.
