Our products
We sell decorative architectural door and window hardware — handles, knobs, pulls, hinges, latches, bolts, window stays, hooks, letter plates, escutcheons and similar mechanical items. All products are mechanical. We do not sell electronic locks, smart locks, powered door bells, or any electrically powered or load-critical safety component. Product images are illustrative; finishes and natural materials such as brass may vary slightly between batches and age over time, which is normal.
Orders and contract formation
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation email; at that point a contract is formed. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error) we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any import duties or local taxes that may apply on delivery (see the Shipping Policy). Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processors over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We accept major debit and credit cards and other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your full card details. The descriptor on your statement will read “MOOREHOLYWELL STORE”.

Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to return items and obtain refunds are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Installation and use
Our products are supplied as decorative hardware. Installation, including any load-bearing or structural fixing, is the responsibility of the customer or a suitably qualified fitter. We are not responsible for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation, unsuitable application, or use other than as intended. Please follow the care guidance provided with each product.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to MOORE & SON (HOLYWELL) LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission. Our products are our own designs; we do not sell counterfeit or branded-replica hardware.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the goods in that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order, dated above.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
